4. Get a YAHOO ID through http://yahoo.com. This will be needed to enter website of the egroup which contains past communications and interactions.
5. Visit website of egroup. The URL will be given to you upon subscription or email rjoson@maniladoctors.com.ph for any problem. Read through the past communications and interactions to catch up.
6. Start interacting and collaborating with other members in the action research study.
